Wonderful staff who were very accommodating, unbeatable view, great bedrooms and bathrooms with plenty of space
Mattresses. Have yet to find a mattress in south east asia outside of a resort that isn't hard as a rock.

All bedrooms were en-suite, gym and games room were a great bonus especially as the villa is quite isolated
We were there during rain season and the noise from the wind and rain was quite loud as the windows and doors were not completely sealed.
the villa is at the top of a very steep hill in an isolated area of Koh Samui, some taxis would not go up the hill due to the rainfall and steepness, however, we did not have a problem getting transport to and from the main town of the island.

The breakfast was fine but basic.
The view was amazing from every room including the pool.
The villa was kept very clean and was cleaned every day throughout our stay.
The hosts were helpful.
The villa is showing its age. The towels provided were threadbare and stained. We usually stay in 5 star hotels but because we were travelling with friends we thought a villa would be great. We were very disappointed as the amenities, breakfast and furnishings were below standard for what we paid. The villa is far away from everything so we had to hire a car to get around. We found getting taxis too slow and difficult. We would not stay at the villa again.
