The property was great. The team that provides support (May and her colleagues) are exceptional.
There were 5 of us, lots of space, inside and outside.
Kitchen had good equipment if required.
The location is on top of a very steep hill, that Grab/Bolt drivers cannot always get to. We hired a car, which was definitely required.
One night after rain, the hill by the property was very slippery, meaning no cars could get up it!
The property could do with some note mattresses, all of them were sloping.

The villa had spectacular views. It was very clean and the staff / management were very helpful.
They included anniversary decorations in the bedroom and master bathroom and accommodated us wherever needed to the best of their ability.
The staff even allowed us late checkout until 4pm for free as it was our anniversary holiday.
Definitely recommend to anyone visiting koh samui.
It can be difficult to get to the villa by taxi, but that is not the fault of the villa / host. I have found that electric cars generally can make it there but definitely avoid smaller cars like Toyota corrola etc.
