Villa Anushka is more than a luxury villa. It's a place where families reconnect, friends celebrate birthdays and unforgettable memories are made overlooking the sea in Koh Samui.
Perched on a beautiful hilltop, the villa sleeps 12 across 3 floors, with spacious living areas, games room, and an infinity pool with breathtaking views. Enjoy breakfasts prepared by our staff, private chef dinner, and warm, attentive service.

Over the years we've hosted family reunions, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, and special holidays with friends. What guests often tell us afterwards is that their favourite memories weren't necessarily the excursions or restaurants - it was simply spending time together at the villa.
Perched on a hillside overlooking the sea, Villa Anushka sleeps up to 12 guests across six bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The villa is spread over three floors, giving everyone plenty of space to enjoy time together while still having room to relax and unwind.
Most days here start slowly. Breakfast is prepared by our housekeeping team, coffee is enjoyed on the terrace, and the infinity pool quickly becomes the heart of the villa. Some guests spend hours swimming, reading, or simply admiring the view, while others head off to explore the island before returning later in the day.
The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is perfect for gathering together, whether it's a family breakfast, a long lunch, or a special dinner prepared by a private chef. There are also several lounge areas throughout the villa, plus a games room with pool table, darts, futsal table that both adults and children seem to gravitate towards.
As the day draws to a close, everyone tends to end up in the same place - by the pool, watching the colours change across the sky as the sun sets over the ocean. It's one of the things guests remember most.
Although the villa feels wonderfully private, Chaweng Noi Beach is only a two-minute drive away, and Koh Samui's restaurants, beach clubs and attractions are all within easy reach.

Villa Anushka enjoys an elevated hilltop position above Chaweng Noi, with sweeping ocean views stretching across the bay. While the location means a car/bike or taxi is recommended, the reward is a peaceful setting, cooling sea breezes, exceptional privacy, and some of the most beautiful views on the island.
Chaweng Noi Beach is just a 2-minute drive away, with a selection of restaurants, cafés and convenience stores nearby.
Chaweng's restaurants, beach clubs and nightlife, as well as the charming Fisherman's Village in Bophut, are all within a 10–15 minute drive.
The airport is approximately 15 minutes away, making arrivals and departures quick and convenient.
The villa has private parking, and we recommend hiring a car/bikes if you'd like to explore the island independently. Alternatively, our team can arrange taxis, airport transfers and private drivers throughout your stay.

Wow! What a holiday! What an incredible place to stay! World-Class Villa in every respect. Best views in Koh Samui. The staff were incredible and always went “above and beyond”, in making our family and friends feel welcome. The host was amazing and organised everything for a us… whether it was arranging transportation, breakfast, making up our rooms, and making sure we had what we needed. I’ve travelled to many places around the world… and this holiday was one to remember. 10/10… do yourself a favour!

We were a group of 11 to celebrate a significant birthday at Villa Anoushka. The property is simply stunning with all spacious rooms having incredible views over the coastline. The house is an ideal destination to celebrate and has all the facilities to have a good time. Yvonne, Yanisa and their dedicated team assisted in every detail in providing menu recommendations, chef, kitchen assistants and servers. The cuisine was delicious! We also enjoyed delicious breakfasts every morning. The team even went the extra mile getting more drinks and ice when we needed. They even provided a large bluetooth speaker for poolside disco.The team were also able to provide good recommendations for restaurants and other activities in the area – including car hire for independent travel. We all felt completely looked after and no problem was insurmountable. The house and pool are impeccably clean and maintained daily.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Anoushka and would recommend to anyone wishing to have a memorable stay near Chaweng Beach on Koh Samui.

From the day we booked to the time we we’re leaving to return home the staff have been amazing! Anushka Villa is a stunning place to stay. All the rooms are beautiful with amazing views! The games room kept the kids entertained in the evenings. The pool side was gorgeous with breathtaking views!
Every morning Haymar and her team cooked a delicious breakfast. Haymar was fantastic, helped us order food in anytime we needed as the villa is based on a steep hill so walking was hard in the heat. Haymar and her team arranged a floating breakfast one morning which was wonderful. They gave us contact details of the local taxi firm who were also fantastic!
Overall we highly recommend Anushka Villa. It’s been one of our best holidays! Thank you so much.

One of our best holidays of all time. It is difficult to appreciate the scale and grandeur of Villa Anushka without seeing it in person. There was plenty of room for the 9 people (two families) in our party. Each bedroom has beautiful views. We loved the entertainment room with foosball and pool tables and of course the views from the pool deck are breathtaking.
Despite a mishap with some pool equipment, we had a great time. The owners, managers and house keepers took great care of us and worked hard to fix any issues as quickly as possible.
The house is up a steep hill from the beach so don’t plan on walking anywhere from the villa unless you’d like a workout. The road is even too steep for some taxi drivers. A minivan was available to call whenever we needed to go out which worked very well and was reasonably priced.
Koh Samui is lovely. Really enjoyed the Koh Samui elephant sanctuary and the beaches were beautiful, even by our spoilt Australian standards.
Definitely a stay we will remember forever. Thanks to the Villa Anushka team for being so accommodating.
