Every single thing! Nothing was missing during our stay. Not only was the location incredibly beautiful and peaceful, but the facilities and service were truly five-star. Umberto, the GM, went above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and spoiled us with thoughtful little touches throughout our stay. He even took the time to show my sons how to make spaghetti bolognaise in the kitchen, which they absolutely loved. Each tent has its own personal butler who is always available to help with any requests. Our family lodge was incredibly spacious and comfortable, making it the perfect place for our stay. It truly felt like a little slice of paradise, and we were genuinely sad to leave. We really hope to be able to visit again one day!

The remoteness & beautiful location, the wonderful helpful staff, the amazing food especially the breakfast and the stunning accommodation - our trip was amazing.

Everything - calm & pristine location, wonderful staff -helpful and attentive but not intrusive. Incredible breakfast as well as a diverse lunch and dinner menu. We are a couple that have trouble relaxing but this place cured that. Also a great place to do a cooking class
