Vinyl Flat Bed & Breakfast - Rooms

Clean and well maintained flat with few rooms sharing a kitchen (our room had a separate the private bathroom). We slept well and liked the bed, the location was also good, just ten minutes walk away from the center and with a nice supermarket nearby.

La posizione è perfetta in quanto vicino si trovano supermercato e pompa della benzina, il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Il frigo dotato di latte, succo, yogurt e affettiati per la colazione, molto comodo da trovare già. Il bagno molto spazioso e luminoso, dotato di bidet.

La descrizione dell'alloggio è poco chiara: si parla genericamente di strutture senza specificare che si tratta di un appartamento con tre camere e spazi condivisi. È stata una brutta sorpresa scoprire la vera disposizione solo al nostro arrivo.

Świetny pobyt. Pokój naprawdę przestronny, czysty i zadbany. Duża, prywatna łazienka prawidłowo wyposażona. Na szczęście - klasyczna pościel, a nie prześcieradło z kocem jak w innych lokalizacjach w których byliśmy. Warto wspomnieć, że jest to pokój w mieszkaniu w którym znajdują się dwa inne pokoje oraz wspólny balkon, jadalnia i kuchnia - w pełni wyposażona. Cicha i bezpieczna okolica. Na szczególną uwagę zasługują Państwo zajmujący się obiektem i gośćmi. Gdy tylko przekroczyliśmy próg, Pani od razu pokazała co gdzie znajdują sie pokoje oraz przedmioty codziennego użytku. Ponadto pokazała nam na mapie które miejsca, restauracje oraz plaże warto uwzględnić w swoim planie zwiedzania. Niesamowitym zaskoczeniem był dla nas kontakt Panem, który opowiedział nam dużo o Portugalii oraz o kontaktach z naszym ojczystym krajem. Następnie wysłał nam dokładny plan zwiedzania zachodniego wybrzeża z uwzględnieniem godzin! Była to super przygoda i jesteśmy mu za to bardzo wdzięczni. Na pożegnanie dostaliśmy jeszcze plan zwiedzania okolic Faro do którego jechaliśmy dalej, ale niestety na to nie starczyło już czasu. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce!

Śniadania w bardzo nietypowej dla nas formie - lodówka podzielona na półki przydzielone do każdego pokoju, które każdego dnia były uzupełniane w produkty na kolejny dzień. Porcje zdecydowanie wystarczające, ale naszym zdaniem informacja o takiej formie śniadania powinna być bardziej widoczna w opisie obiektu, ponieważ nie każdemu może ona odpowiadać. Jest to niewielki minus wobec wszystkich super rzeczy których doświadczyliśmy w tym obiekcie. Nadal 10/10!

The flat was very clean, and my bedroom and bathroom were both well-kept and neat. The flat was also fairly close to everything I needed to access in Lagos, just a mile or so away from some of the most beautiful beaches in Lagos.

The host wasn't very sympathetic or accommodating. He's in the lodging business but doesn't care much about hospitality. 1. I arrived in Lagos at 10:00 PM, which meant that I had to pay a €20 late check in fee. I didn't have cash on me at the time, and the host texted me to go to an ATM nearby to get the money right away. I was a female traveler who had just came to a new city super late at night, I was hungry and tired with a suitcase and several bags with me, and so I informed the host that I couldn't go to an ATM right there and then. Finally, the host told me to get the cash to him by 11 AM the following morning, which meant that I had to go back and forth from the ATM to the property in order to have this €20 ready. I couldn't comprehend the extreme urgency of collecting this €20 fee when I was staying at the property for three nights. 2. When I met up with the host for check-in, he tried to give me recommendations on restaurants and beaches nearby, which is a super nice gesture in itself. But when he asked me if I enjoyed wine with my meals and I tried to explain to him my preferences, he rudely interrupted me and said, "It was a simple question, yes or no." I was baffled, because his attitude was so patronizing and condescending that I honestly no longer cared about what he had to say afterwards. 3. My check-out time from the property was at 10:30 AM, but I wasn't leaving Lagos until way later, and so I asked the host for suggestions on where I could store my luggage while I go explore. He had me confused with someone else at first, and told me to drop it off at breakfast time. Then when I clarified that I wasn't "the other lady from the U.S.," he told me to pay for a luggage storage place some miles away that he wasn't even sure was open. Luckily, a restaurant nearby let me store my luggage with them for the day while I continued to explore Lagos.
