The cottage really met our expectations it was lovely inside and out. Perfect location to all Anne Otis and easy parking. We took our 3year old Grandaughter and she loved it. Was beautiful settings with the lake behind it with goose and ducks. Can’t wait to return. The sea, queens pool, park, restaurants and bars were all close by. And the fair, arcades and town. I’m not one to write reviews but could not rate it enough.
We just had to park up road but not sure would have got a space if was busy.

The cottage is lovely spacious and in a fabulous location. The bed is huge and we slept very well. The TV could do with update to smart TV to be able to cast etc…. The parking is the only issue, as you have to pay for parking in a car park, however, the car park is only next door to cottage. We would definitely recommend the cottage for a lovely stay in mablethorpe. Dog friendly with dog friendly beach 2 min walk.
