Amazing, comfortable stay in the spacious apartment. It’s even better than the pictures suggest. The perfect base for exploring Sorrento. And Maria, the host, was absolutely amazing. She couldn’t be any more accommodating. We were greeted at the ferry port by Maria in her car so we didn’t have to lug our luggage up the many steps and hills to the apartment.
Then on check out, we left our luggage with Maria while we had a final roam around Sorrento before catching our train.
Maria showed us the popular spots in Sorrento en route to our accommodation and was responsive over WhatsApp when asking her for local tips.
You have to walk on the road to get into Sorrento from the accomodation but that’s expected for most places on the Sorrentine Peninsula. It was absolutely fine for us and not really a big problem.

Maria was fantastic and communication was great. The property is super comfortable and clean and Maria went out of her way to make our stay great and even picked us up at the station when we arrived and dropped us off again when we left. She gave us a list of places worth visiting, boat company suggestions for our trip to Capri, directions for the main centre for restaurants, bars etc. All communicated via WhatsApp once we arrived.
The only thing I would say is that it’s a bit of an uphill hike to get to after an evening out and downhill walk to get to the centre in the morning, so if you’re ok with a bit of a walk, that’s fine, otherwise it’s a short taxi ride. We were fine with it and other than that, everything was first class and Maria was fantastic.

Maria could not have been a better host - incredibly kind and accommodating. Beautiful property, all the amenities we needed, and great location from main piazza. Made the end of our trip perfect!
