Green Relax home in SORRENTO CENTER

Everything is good. Close to the centre of sorrento within 10mins walk.

We really enjoyed our stay in this cosy town apartment, with a beautiful view from every window! The location is very convenient, just 10 minutes from the main street, but far enough from the noise and the crowds. There are 2 supermarkets nearby and some nice coffee places just a few minutes’ walk away. Communication was very smooth and easy. Our contact was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and were having a good stay. We would definitely recommend this place!

Excellent location

Location was fine and the apartment is big. Comfortable to rest. The air-condition working perfectly. The distance from the location the train station or pier is also perfect for a 10-15 minutes walk. The view is amazing with orange/lemons farm from the bed room and living room. The apartment is on the top floor. The owner can be responsive but not entirely active especially on booking only on whatsapp. The showers has good pressure and I saw there was a washing machine so you could do laundry. Sofa bed can be for an extra person. Lock of the house feels very safe. Owner was respectful and kind.

First, Check in was really hard. The address was in the wrong place. Need to get new location from owner with videos that was filmed inconveniently and hard to follow. Check in time was at 15:00. We found the housekeeper walking up with us at 16:45 which was way later than check in time. Not many things were changed I mean the blanket and the sofa bed that used the same cover from the previous guest and it was not cleaned AT ALL. The blanket and the pillows were not changed or washed. The bed has one thin blanket and a cover so we had to use the yellow blanket that was used before us with no cleaning. Wifi were not working and cant be found untill we had to manually turned it on and off ourself (it barely reached the bedroom if you are all the way inside the room). The bathroom doesnt have hair dryer or any toiletries except tissues We got this apartment so we can simple cook some breakfast but no stove were also not working before we check-in but the kitchen was equipped with stuff. We had the worse experience with the shower. We stayed there for 2 days until almost the last night before we checked out the owner decided to turn on the boiler on when it should have been done way before so we had ice cold showers for 2 days. Sadly on our check out day it was raining really badly and we couldnt leave so we asked the owner for help to call for taxi and he let us come down to wait for taxi in rain and said 2 mins but no it was an almost 20 minutes wait with no taxi. So ofc we walked. Honestly, I have found some other apartments on Airbnb that is a bit cheaper and same size with all the amenities offered. I paid for the room I checked for the amenities and if it doesnt work the owner should have taken the time to check the property with more care way before we checked it we booked atleast 3 weeks in advance. Decide for yourself. The owner were responsive but took long time to get things done or to come to the house I had to call many times.
