Great position central to everything we wanted to do as a group, pool was impeccable and the air conditioning units worked very well

There wasn’t anything negative about the property. We just hoped for a bigger bin as the rubbish pile was mounting up after a couple of days😂

This villa was fantastic. Really suited myself and a group of friends super well for 5 nights. It's well located, clean, the pool was fantastic, it was well looked after and was reasonably priced.

(I'm really nitpicking here, but)... Could be good for the bathrooms to be supplied with hand soap and kitchen to be supplied with washing up liquid & sponge. Area around the pool could do with a power wash.

We stayed for three nights in Villa Gonçalves (from 13/05 to 16/05). The house was spacious and well located. There weren’t any problems with the check in and everything was normal, yet,

for a house that accommodates up to 9 people, we thought it was strange the absence of some dishes (there were only 2 tea-cups to drink coffee); there were only 7 plates, 1 kitchen knife, etc. As for the furniture, all of it was very worn out (one of the couches was fixed with duct tape), there were only 7 chairs available e one of them had the seat very unstable. There were broken lamps and without lampshade, broken closets and there was hair in one of the bathtub’s drain. As for the pool equipment, there were only 4 sun lounger and out of the 3 outside lamps, only one of them had a lamp. To conclude, and what we thought was most serious, the house is equipped with solar panels that assured hot water yet, because the sun wasn’t out for all the 3 days, on Sunday we weren’t able to take a shower, due to the fact that the existent cylinder had the wire cut off and it wasn’t working. In accordance with the descriptions above, we considered the price too high for the conditions that the house offered.
