It’s exactly like the photos. The property is so perfect for location wise, 5 min walk to the marina which has many delicious restaurants available and fun boat trips you can go on.
The swimming pool and surrounding area is extremely clean and well taken care of. Life guard is present at pool with a little shop next to the pool for ice cream and drinks.
You also have a nice little terrace you can sit out in the evening to chill.
The interior is slightly dated but honestly not an issue if you will be out most of the time.
Could probably use a better deep clean but again not a major issue.

Lovely and clean, good location, quiet aircon
It lacked a bit in soft furnishing, no curtain or bedside light in 2nd bedroom, no lampshade on ceiling light in main bedroom, curtains barely fit patio doors in living areas

L’appartement est bien situé et aurait pu être bien mais très peu agencé, sale et pas de chauffage car la climatisation murale produisait que du froid. Nous avons passé une première nuit horrible mais le lendemain après réclamations nous avons été surclassé dans un magnifique appartement un peu plus loin
Il faisait froid, la clim devait chauffer mais ce n’était pas le cas! Il y a 2 lits posé dans un coin avec des coussins qui contiennent 3 bouts de mousse. Il y avait des cheveux partout, des fourmis, cafard mort. Porte de réfrigérateur cassée, chaises sales

Just the bar for food/drink
Very out dated full room, room not really that clean on arrival and never had fresh towels for the full 5 days.
Pool isn’t well looked after either
