This holiday apartment with an independent entrance is located on the beautiful west coast of Elba, the Costa del Sole, in the pretty little village of Pomonte, which has both a pebble and stone beach and an impressive rocky coastline. The small, romantic village, which has so far been spared from mass tourism, offers visitors exactly the authentic atmosphere that one so often dreams of during the long winter days at home: colourful house fronts, narrow alleyways, a few grocery shops and the church square with the bar, a meeting point for both locals and holidaymakers. All this against the impressive backdrop of the Mediterranean on one side and the hilly scrubland inland on the other. Every evening you can enjoy an impressive sunset down on the beach and shortly afterwards you will recognise the first lights of the island of Corsica in the distance. Your holiday apartment is located in the middle of the village, about 300 m from the coast, and free parking is available 60 m away. Although the apartment is adjacent to other houses, it offers pleasant privacy thanks to its independent entrance and private outdoor area. Elba is ideal for an authentic holiday by the sea: you will look in vain for endless rows of sun loungers on miles of beaches, because Elba is for individualists who fall in love with a different bay every day Even though the small island of Elba only has a total surface area of 224 km2, it offers variety for everyone, because not only the coast is worth seeing, but the inland also has a lot to offer: an aquarium and a former mine that will delight your children, museums and places of art-historical interest for culture vultures, hiking trails through the Mediterranean scrub forest with stunning views of the sea, small ancient hamlets and tastings of the local Elbabianco, an excellent white wine whose grapes ripen on the steep slopes, or of the dessert wine with the well-known "Elbabianco" flavour. the dessert wine with the melodious name Aleatico. The ferry harbour in Portoferraio is 28 km away.

L'appartement est large, avec une belle cour de +/- 50m2. Ils etait tres propre. Le lits sont tres confortables. Malheureusement, il n'y a pas de climatisation.
Tres bien positionne, au moins de 200m de l'appartement il y a 2 magasins, 2 restos (4+ etoiles sur Trip Advisor), une boutique glace, un diving center, une boucherie, une boulangerie, une boutique plage.
Le village lui-même est très pittoresque, avec des fleurs partout.
La plage n'est pas trop loin, mais c'est des roches. C'est un tres bon endroit pour snorkeling a cause de l'epave qui se trouve pas loin de la cote. Il y a 3 plages au sable a 10, 15 et 20 minutes en voiture.
