The apartment was very comfortable, quite and a good location. There are beautiful views everywhere around. I took short walks around the neighborhood, it was very enjoyable and peaceful. The owner was extremely kind, helpful and supportive with any needs or questions. We were in a need of doing our laundry and the owner took care of it for us. We were extremely surprised and amazed with her kindness. We would stay in this apartment again with pleasure. Thank you for everything.

The facilities, the comfort, the location, the cleanliness, everything was super smooth!
The place was quiet and with an amazing view to the mountain in front, that came a bit as a bonus, which was very well appreciated.
I guess the main downside for me was that the office to pick-up the keys is in a different village a few kilometers away. Since we were by car, that was no big deal, but I can imagine that could be a bit of a struggle for somebody by public transport, or maybe not... Other than that, they were there ready for us to pick-up the key on time on a public holiday, and the drop off was in a mailbox at the same place, quite practical.
Another small detail, the bed linen was perhaps too much for this time of the year (end of April) and it was two separate pieces, as the bed is a double bed arranged with 2 single mattresses connected, I didn't like that much cause it makes a bit impractical to sleep as a couple. The bed itself was very comfortable for us.

No trash bin inside the kitchen, although the small amount of trash / rubbish was collected early each morning outside the apartment so it was a minor problem.
Ski bus service on the route. Although located 800m from amenities ( supermarket, ski rental and ski lift) it is a tough uphill walk if you miss the ski bus. The bus is not as regular as other bus routes. We also missed it on the return on the first day as it is a small van and different to the other ski bus. It is not a problem if informed.
It is not clear on booking and paying that the property is managed by apartment4.holiday. They require you to collect keys and do the admin at a separate location about 15mins drive (much longer by bus) to the apartment. This is a huge inconvenience if traveling by train and bus, in particular when dropping off the keys. Having met the landlord, we were able to make a plan to avoid catching a taxi just to drop off the keys. Note that there is also a potential expensive fee to drop off keys elsewhere.

Great little appartment, ideal for 2 adults and 2 kids, 10 min drive to Monte Pana. Very clean, kitchen fully equipped, 10 min to the supermarket. We absolutely loved it. Thank you foe everything! Fantastic view and great communication!
