Schönes großes Zimmer im japanischen Stil. Tatami super komfortabel zum Schlafen. Das Abendessen und auch das Frühstück waren außergewöhnlich! Japanisch eben! Gratisgetränke in der Lounge 👍🏻

Other reviews about the ryokan are accurate. This is a place to come and unwind for one/two nights. Beautiful setting, serene with a great onsen. However slightly out of the way to get to - although staff will pick you up and drop you off directly from the JR station. Nor should you expect a super modern room, has a sort of 20th century feel (in a good way). The evening meal had some of the freshest tasting seafood I have ever had (mid February).

餐點與服務我們的所有人員，年紀雖然都很大了，依舊盡心力在照顧客人，可以感受到日本人認真工作的態度。很謝謝廚師精心安排五個晚上得餐點，非常用心。
房間裡木門的軌道粗糙，我兒子的腳被木屑扎到腳，而且是兩次，其中一次比較深甚至還流了血，但是忘記拍照就算了。
另外，感覺值班經理沒有要積極處理房間問題的意願，要我自行聯絡客服。除了房間的問題，還有另一個例子是，當我詢問飯店是否能夠送我們到附近的工藝村時，他回覆我「日本規定飯店只能送客人到車站」，當下覺得很奇怪，因為我們之前在湯之山溫泉度假時，飯店送我們到附近好幾個景點，非常熱心協助我們，從來沒有提過這種規定，隔天，另一位親切的婆婆知道我們想去工藝村，主動幫我們跟司機協調，最後也是送我們到了工藝村。
