About this apartment rental
On the recessed from the street, quiet plot they have their parking space at the house Baltic Sea Crystal. Our modern apartment "Sapphire" on the second floor of the house offers everything to spend the vacation there with up to 3 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the spacious living area with woodburning stove. The separate bedroom with large double bed is separated from the daylight bathroom with walk-in spa shower by a frosted glass pane. The third bed is in the living room on the sofa bed. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide light in the living area and the large, non-visible balcony with its two sun loungers invites you to relax or a cozy barbecue. In the apartment there is free Wi-Fi and in the basement washing machine and dryer (for a fee) available.

The complex offers you three high-quality apartments, with their sizes of 35 sqm, 55 sqm and 75 sqm from 2 to 5 people invite to spend their holidays there. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern gestaltet, hell, mit interessanten architektonischen Besonderheiten (mattes Glas zwischen Bad und Schlafzimmer u.v.a.m.). Sie verfügt über einen großen Balkon (Dachterrasse), der während unserer Anwesenheit fast ganztägig Sonne hatte. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ausreichend mit Geschirr bis sehr gut an Geräten: vom Geschirrspüler bis zum Elektrogrill auf dem Balkon. Die Waschmaschine im Keller haben wir einmal genutzt. Die Bedienung mit speziellen Münzen funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Fahrräder lasssen sich vor Regen geschützt unter einem Dach unterstellen. Einzig die Lage hatten wir anders erwartet. Man muss sich darauf einstellen, dass es ein verhältnismäßig langer Weg zum Strand ist. Für Radfahrer kein Problem, für Fußgänger schon.

Die Lage der Wohnung entsprach zwar nicht unseren Erwartungen, die Räumlichkeiten aber übertrafen sie eher. Moderne Wohnung, große Dachterrasse, gut ausgestattet, Fahrräder unter einem Dach abstellbar. Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu bemängeln gibt, dann der Geruch im Hausflur, der offenbar von der großen Anzahl von Schuhen der Mieter unter der Ferienwohnung herrührt. Da half auch stetiges Lüften nicht.
