About this apartment rental
On the quiet property set back from the street you have your parking space at the Ostseekristall house. Our modern apartment "Rubin" on the first floor is suitable with two separate bedrooms for up to 5 people. In one bedroom there is a large double bed and in the other 2 box spring beds, which can be placed together or separately. An extra bed (over a 200 x 90 cm extra bed) is also possible. The spacious daylight bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and separate shower and hairdryer. The living area with fireplace is separated by a room divider from the fully equipped kitchen and the spacious dining area. The large balcony with south-east orientation can be entered from the living room as well as from the bedroom and invites you to relax or have a barbecue with its seating and sun loungers. In the apartment you have free WiFi and in the basement washing machine and dryer (for a fee).

The complex offers you three high-quality apartments, which with their sizes of 35 sqm, 55 sqm and 75 sqm invite 2 to 5 people to spend their vacation there. Stylish, modern furnishings, fully equipped kitchens and WiFi are part of the equipment of the three holiday properties. A vacation with a dog is also possible. The parking spaces are directly in front of the house.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, gelegen in der 2.Reihe der Hauptstraße was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Zur Seebrücke läuft man gut 20 Minuten. Schlafzimmer mit Teppich ausgestattet sonst alles Fliesen. Küche ist gut ausgestattet uns hat nichts gefehlt, aber wir kochen auch nicht. Spülmittel und Geschirrtücher waren vorhanden. Aber so Kleinigkeiten wie Handseife fehlte, Mülltüten nur einmal da, schön wäre auch Backpapier für den Ofen... Leider nur eine 1/2 Rolle Toilettenpapier war nur vorhanden. Das ist zwar meckern auf hohen Niveau, aber kenne ich von anderen Wohnungen das immer genügend Vorrat da ist. Schön wäre auch eine Wolldecke auf der Couch. Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen gelesen, riecht es sehr nach Schuhen wenn man ins Treppenhaus kommt, da die Nachbarwohnung ihre Sammlung an Schuhen vor der Tür lagert. Parkplatz vor der Tür.Was ich unnötig fand, war die Schlüsselabholung im der Agentur, wobei am Haus ein Schlüsselsafe gibt. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung auf jedenfall weiter bis auf die Kleinigkeiten hat es uns gut gefallen.

Wir waren sehr mit der Unterkunft zufrieden. Es gab kleine Punkte die es noch besser gemacht hätten. Ein Parkplatz für eine Wohnung mit 4-5 Personen ist zu wenig. Zudem ist die Parksituation in der Umgebung sehr schwierig. Außerdem gab es keine Handseife, nur zwei Spühltabs für 4 Personen für 5 Tage und nur ein Putzlappen.

Haben uns überaus wohl gefühlt. Sehr saubere geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Würde ich gerne wieder buchen wollen. Danke dafür. :-)
Die riesige Schuhauswahl durcheinander gewürfelt und der sehr große Mülleimer von der Nachbar Familie im Hausflur passte leider nicht in ihrem überaus sauberen Haus rein.
Eine gefährliche Aus / Einfahrt bei soviel Fahrradverkehr, vielleicht wäre es mit einem Spiegel besser zu überblicken was von rechts und links kommt. Haus und Hecke versperren auch die Sicht für die vorbeifahrenden Fahrradfahrern. Hatten durchaus unangenehme Schrecksekunden gehabt.
