Welcome to the idyllic “Ostseepark” apartment complex on Asternweg in the Baltic Sea resort town of Zinnowitz. Located just a short distance from public transportation, various shops, restaurants, and, of course, the beach, this complex offers you the perfect base.
Vacation Apartment No. 11 spans 86 square meters on the top floor of the building and can accommodate up to four people. The living and kitchen area is comfortably designed and features a sofa, armchairs, and a TV. The kitchen is open to the living area but clearly separated by the well-thought-out layout. It is fully equipped with all the essential kitchen appliances, including a stove with oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The dining area is located directly in front of it. From the living area, you can access the spacious balcony.
One of the bedrooms is on the same level and is furnished with a double bed and a closet. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower. Through the hallway, you can take the stairs to the upper floor, where you’ll find a second bedroom with a single bed and a sleeper sofa, as well as an additional guest bathroom.
For our younger guests, a travel crib with a mattress (without linens) and a high chair are available.
A small dog is also a welcome guest. However, please let us know in advance if you’re bringing one. You can store your bicycles safely in the bike shed, and there’s a private parking space for your car in front of the house.
