Rooms are cute. This is a boutique property.
Very narrow, very steep stairs to get up to the rooms. Pretty pricey.

I had a lovely 3 night stay with Flores Guest House. The receptionist was super welcoming and immediately offered me a bottle of water when she saw how sweaty and hot I was feeling. They were able to keep my bags and sent me a message when my room was ready. One little touch that again impressed me was the thoughtfulness of having turned on the AC so that it was already nice and cool when I got my room. The little park next to the house is surrounded by restaurants and gets quite lively at night but the shutters blocked out the noise very well. Many cafés open later in the morning so the coffee machine and mini fridge were fantastic perks allowing me to have a quiet breakfast on the shared terrace.
Not super close to a metro station but easy to get to by bus or foot from the more main/busy areas

We stayed in this place 4 nights in mid December and still have mixed feelings about this place. What we could praise is the staff, the receptionist was the friendliest person in Lisbon we met, willing to answer any questions, gave us recommendation swhere to eat, helped us with the not-working wifi. Every single morning we had a housekeeper coming into our room and make us our bed, change towels if needed - we did not expect this service, but were nicely surprised. Keep in mind that this accommodation itself is quite far from the reception, it is on the street called R.Marcos Portugal 3, it is above a bistro called "Õ Bistro - Praça das Flores". The hotel was 20 mins walking distance to the city centre which was exactly what we wanted. We stayed in room 107 (first floor) which has own bathroom (on a smaller size but functional and has a hot water), fridge, kettle and coffee machine. The room itself was very cozy and nicely decorated. It also had a working aircon which could be used as a heating during the colder months.
It's simple if you are a light sleeper - do not book this accommodation. Every guest that enters the building you can hear, there are paper-thin walls, the hotel is above the bar, across the street is another bar and it's close to "jardim" where locals get together to drink in the evenings (Thursday - Sunday), plus the jardim is surrounded by bars, it is not a quiet area and in our case people partied until 3am regardless of the day. The bed - we requested a double bed which were 2 single beds pushed together. This would have been fine if those 2 mattresses had even surface. When we wanted to cuddle, we would fall into "a hole". The beds were just not great, we didn't get a proper rest the entire stay. The TV was not working, (they said it has few channels, we didn't get it to work), the wifi was the biggest dissapointment, it just was not working at all (after reading all reviews about the wifi - we mentioned it to the staff only after 2 nights, they were quick to provide alternative which worked!).
