I don’t think I would return. It’s a shame. It was very expensive. And absolutely not worth the money

Location was good

It wasn’t clean No feather comforter. It was cold. No power outlets in the kitchen. Complicated to get in the apartment and out of the building. I wasn’t thought about how to leave the building. Another tenant helped us

Lazise beautiful but apartment a big disappointment.

Great location

1.Poorly decorated & furnished. With better furnishings & wall paper etc replaced it could have been perfect 2. A good kitchen but no knives, forks , spoons etc & no dish towel.

Spacious flat in a nice quarter, but with a poorly equipped kitchen.

The bed, the size of the flat, the parking lot in front of the hotel.

We booked a flat and not a regular hotel room, because we want to keep social distance due to the pandemic and therefor prefer to prepare meals for ourselves and have them among us. Unfortunately the kitchen was _very_ poorly equipped, providing just the absolute minimum of dishes and utensils . No cafetiera in an Italian flat - that's an absurdity! No brushes or a little sponge to clean dishes etc. clean. Some of the dishes were not clean when we came. The sink pipe underneath the sink is leaking. In the bathroom, there is a stain of mold near the window below the ceiling. We have seen much better kept apartments at more exquisite locations for less money. And as a matter of stile: Room cleaning utensils such a vaccum cleaner and mop-up broom are normally placed out of sight in a separate closet and not in the guests' sleeping resp. bath room. Very unprofessional and not at all four-star-worthy!

Eigentlich eine Perle, aber schlecht gewartete Wohnung

Sehr schöne Lage im Zentrum der Altstadt von Lazise.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war zum Teil in sehr schlechten Zustand. Das Untergestell der SchlafCouch im Wohnzimmer war komplett verbogen, sodass die Schlaffläche extrem durchgebogen war und sogar die Kids nächsten Morgen über Rückenschmerzen klagten. In der Küche rollte sich eine Tapete von der Decke und die Kühlschranktür war nicht mehr mit deren Abdeckplatte verbunden. Zudem war die Jalousie im Wohnzimmer kaputt und ließ sich nicht öffnen.

Ponieważ jjest to centrum historyczne miasta nie można wjeżdżać samochodem. Trzeba wziąć to pod uwagę przy przyjeździe własnym samochodem.

Manca atenzione e dedicazione x chi gestici un appartamento

Posizione del albergo ottima.

La comunicazione non e stata chiara, ci hanno fatto passare prime x il albergo solo per pagare la tasa di soggiorno e coinvolgere a pagare il parcheggio da loro. Il passaggio verso il albergo era veramente inessario dado che se poteva pagare on line. Inoltre nel dto se vede che non hanno mai considerato chi vive, mancabano delle cose fondamentale come un cava tappi.
