Easily the worst hotel we have stayed in anywhere in Asia. It is hugely overpriced and fails on even the most basic standards. Our room smelled like a public toilet, was dirty and poorly maintained, and there was no hot water for showers. Service was equally poor. A thoroughly unpleasant stay and one we would strongly advise others to avoid.

1. The location is good. You can walk to the beach. But this is not a beach side property and you do not have a sea view. It might be difficult if you would like to have dinner at the beach and return to your hotel by walking. 2. The food is good, but they do not have an in-house restaurant. The breakfast was very tasty, though it was limited as you had to order and they will serve it in your room. 3. The only hotel with a swimming pool at walking distance to the beach. But the pool water is not very clean to swim. The timing of the pool is very good morning 8 AM to 7 PM throughout the day. Whenever you want, you can use the pool. 4. The rooms are very clean and the washroom was also very clean. It had a digital mirror. There was a very small balcony, but at least there was one. The fabric were clean. 5. The room had a working fridge. The AC was working well, and there is nothing to complain. Overall, it was a good stay in terms of cost benefit ratio thank you.

Overall everything was good. If they check if everything is working in hotel room like tv, tv remote, ac, ac remote then it would have become very good experience.
