My partner and I had two rooms, one facing the busy road and across the road to the mountains and the other far better room facing the garden, mountains and tracks used by cyclists and walkers. Our experience in that room is rated highly, The train track on that side did not disturb us. The staff were communicative and responsive to a problem with our reservation which did not use the notes section to emphasis a room facing the mountain

It is clean, good size rooms and family friendly
There is no staff in the afternoon to do the check-in. You have to call a number to give you a code to get in the building. They seem to be trying to run the place with minimum staff. The hotel is close to the city but there is nothing around it. The price is too much for what it offers.
