I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. It was October and not peak season, and they gave me a better room without charging extra, which was very nice. Everything was perfect, and you won't regret staying there. The view was of the alpine meadows. The location is excellent as the bus stop is only 2 minutes from the hotel. The breakfast was very tasty, and there were many varieties of food, even plant-based milk. The staff were very friendly. I was also able to check in at night without any problems.

It is clean, good size rooms and family friendly
There is no staff in the afternoon to do the check-in. You have to call a number to give you a code to get in the building. They seem to be trying to run the place with minimum staff. The hotel is close to the city but there is nothing around it. The price is too much for what it offers.
