Great hotel all round, very friendly staff, nice grounds. My only issue was the bathroom. No plug in the bath, no proper shower head, but fitted in wrong place and too low ? Very awkward.

Nice and relaxing rooms. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Great location on the sea directly. 10-15 minutes away from city center. Highly recommended.

The hotel is about 20 minutes drive, from the city. The beach is fantastic, also the view from some rooms.
The Hotel has classic design, but it's really ok. It's clean , and the room size and also the bathroom are very satisfied.

We have booked a room in a 4star hotel via Agoda and we were looking forward to enjoy our holidays. We arrived and were given room 511 up the hill. The room was claustrophobic, 9’ sq m max. While the room looked cute on the initial ad, in real life it was very old: damp stains were freshly painted but you still could see them, it was impossible to open the wardrobe properly as one of the door was hitting the bedside table, the door of the wardrobe has lots of stains, hungers were from 1970, as well as the chair and other pieces of furniture. Stains. While tiles in the bathroom were dated but still ok, you could see the wires in the ceiling, a technical cover was broken, black pubic hair on the floor the soap holders not working….it was a nightmare room. Just in front of our door cleaning ladies were drying their mops. The hotel swimming pool was too small To accommodate all the guests and we had to take a dirty elevator down to reach the beach. It was getting late so we had no choice but stay for 1 night and leave in the morning. We went to the reception and shared our experience but no one seemed to be bothered. We were asked to wait until morning and speak to the reservation department ( that was general manager advice). We had a terrible night as the door shutter was not attached properly and was banging on the wall non-stop. In the morning we shared our concerns with the lady from the reservation department about our experience but her only suggestion was to contact our reservation agent. We were misled by the pictures, rating and hotel information. We ended up to booking a different hotel to be able to Enjoy our summer holiday. Stay away if you can.
