Quite a luxurious setup, with a two floor apartment just a stone’s throw from the city center. Great neighborhood full of fun restaurants and shops. Easy hub!
The only thing that we encountered were some heavily scented drapes and cushions that they apparently spray. We have some fragrance sensitivity in our family but the staff was accommodating of our needs!

Beautiful room and location was incredible. 5 minutes to Colosseum but very quiet. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Staff were lovely and accommodating. They even threw in breakfast for me which was appreciated. Definitely would stay here again.
Would be better if the TV in the room allowed for logging into your Netflix or at least screen mirroring. Plenty of channels though on Samsung TV but a lot are in Italian. Not so much of an issue as was mostly in the room to sleep.

Excellent breakfast Nice rooms but jacuzzi leaked on the floor.
No view from the window A roof garden occasionally available but no garden to relax in.
