property was amazing - just one suggestion: don’t eat on the restaurant next to the villa. very expensive and not worth at all. we paid 30€ for water and scrambled eggs.

Exceptional
Great location. Nice room with fridge and plenty of space for storage. Huge bathroom. Beautiful view over the bay. Excellent konoba attached, "Saudade", with delicious food... with a view. Last but but not the least, the friendly and caring posture of the staff, from the reception to the restaurant. Thank you Doris. 😊

The property is amazing and is located close to the beach. The pool is great, and the view from the balcony was really nice. There is a great restaurant just next to the hotel. We appreciated the communication with the host and the free parking. Dubrovnik is also easily reachable with a car or a taxi.

A very friendly, helpful host! A nice location 50m from a small bay and pebbles beach. Possibility to buy a nice breakfast in the restaurant next to the villa.
We've run out of hot water during peak:) period once. The wifi did not work in the room (only in the reception area)

Had an amazing stay and a memorable view from our balcony
The view was amazing (we had room 13) as we looked out over the whole bay and mountains behind. The hotel is located on a relatively quiet location with an amazing pizza place in close distance. The beach is really nice and only a 100 meter walk from the villa.
Few practical facilities in the room itself. No water cooker, plates, silverware or wine opener etc. This would have been great as in the village itself there are only 2 restaurants.
