Great locations and views, easy access to the private beach

The ocean view and access from the Perissa Units are excellent, and that includes this unit as well.
One gets a spectacular view of the ocean and feels the sound and breeze, as the unit is right at the beach. If lucky, then one could also get a view of jumping dolphins and whales. The roughly 400-meter-long beach in front of Perissa, Santorini, is also very nice. The two big rocks situated at both ends kind of make it a private beach for the complex. Additionally, the complex is also directly connected to Thompsons Bay Beach. The complex is big, and walking around was nice.
The unit is spacious and well furnished. Having a washer and dryer is particularly convenient for families with children. It also has two balconies and offers an excellent sea view. However, the overall maintenance of the unit could be improved. Some attention to the aesthetics, appliances, and amenities that contribute to a comfortable stay—such as towels, blankets, and similar items—would significantly enhance the overall experience and value of the unit.
The owner/representative was very accommodating and, considering our late evening flight, gave us an extension of checkout time till 5 PM. Which is very much appreciated.
As mentioned in the previous box, some attention to the aesthetics, appliances, and amenities that contribute to a comfortable stay—such as towels, blankets, and similar items—would significantly enhance the overall experience and value of the unit.

The place was big enough for me and my family. Clean and right by the beach.
Place needs some painting especially by the bulcony.

The ocean view was amazing gosh that makes santorini perissa...it was so breath taking to wake up to that view
That the aircon was outdated it didn't really make a difference.
That the private beach isn't monitored by life guards my mother in law almost drowned, that was scary we didn't see any signs about rip currents being dangerous. Luckily a woman who was on the beach assisted us
