The bed is super comfy, the property is right in the heart of the city in a very strategic location, the staff are attentive, and the bathroom is great. Overall, it’s a very comfortable and pleasant space.

Being on the ground floor in a city-centre street (though a quiet one), you have to sleep with the windows closed. The fridge also builds up a bit of excess ice, which occasionally creates a slight cracking sound

Extrem laut . Baumaßnahmen im oder im Nachbarhaus. Die Personen über der Wohnung waren extrem laut bis weit nach Mitternacht. Sehr lautes Getrampel . An Schlaf war kaum zu denken

It's a nicely decorated and spacious little apartment with a modern bathroom and comfortable shower. The owner is very kind.

The noise from the upstairs neighbours in the evening at night (until 01:30, during a week day!) was unbearable. They were stomping around pretty much all the time, making it impossible to sleep. As the place is very central and located in the city centre, there is also a lot of noise from cars and people passing by. The window sound insulation is pretty much absent. Funny, because the room description specifically mentions soundproofed walls... Personally, I also didn't like that the entrance door opened directly into the apartment, it didn't feel very safe but that may just be my preference as a solo female traveller.
