The outside totally fenced, prepares an ample deprived parking lot and a beauty private swimming pool surrounded by a furnished solarium and decorated garden.

The property is located outside Floridia in the middle of trees with oranges, lemons etc. So it´s a wonderfully quiet place but with only 5 minutes driving time to Floridia. The house is well equipped with all you need - especially the outdoor part of the house (terrace, pool, garden) is great for relaxing. Andrea is the perfect host: always supportive for the small events that may happen, providing us with wonderful recommendations for restaurants and food, but always keeping the guests´ privacy.

Perfect time of the year

Swimmingpool small but sufficient for this time of the year and for our group all over 50).
