For guests’ exclusive use: a large swimming pool (16x4m), a 15,000-square-meter garden, and a 500-square-meter outdoor courtyard equipped with a gas grill, outdoor furniture, and a shower. The villa, characterized by a blend of modernity and tradition, consists of a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 guest bathroom, a spacious study with a double sofa bed, and a laundry room.
The Space
Villa Amato is rented out as a whole to ensure maximum privacy. Guests have full access to all the amenities needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation: a large private pool, and outdoor furnishings to enjoy the spacious courtyard (table, outdoor chairs, barbecue, sun loungers, pergola, and shower). Inside, the villa features heating and cooling systems, a fireplace, reliable Wi-Fi for streaming and video calls, and a fully equipped kitchen (side-by-side refrigerator, conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, and induction cooktop). All of this is surrounded by lush countryside and offers a splendid view of the coast and Mount Etna.
I’ve requested a CIN, but I haven’t received it yet
