open-concept kitchen with space for a single bed
1 double bedroom + single bed (air-conditioned)
1 double bedroom (air-conditioned)
2 full bathrooms with showers
fully equipped with amenities (satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster oven, wood-burning stove, air conditioning, heat pumps (heating/cooling), large veranda, ample parking.
Outside the cottage, there is a wood-fired oven and a barbecue.

Located 3.5 km from the Cassibile exit of the SR- Gela highway exit, 4 km from the town center, 5 km from the Gelsomineto Nature Reserve, and 5 km from the beach at Fontane Bianche, which offers plenty of places to enjoy a fun evening out (pizzerias, trattorias, restaurants, nightclubs).
The town of Avola, famous for its almonds and Nero d’Avola wine, the Cavagrande lakes, the city of Noto, famous for its Baroque architecture and the May flower festival, and the southeastern coastal area of Sicily: the Vendicari Nature Reserve, Calamosche, the village of Marzamemi, the southernmost tip of Capo Passero in Portopalo, 30 km from the sea in the Plemmirio Marine Protected Area, and the city of Syracuse, famous for its Baroque art and the classical performances held at the Greek Theater.
