Apartment located in one of the best areas of San Sebastián, in the center of the city, next to the beautiful beach of La Concha. This location is perfect for a couple or family vacation in a newly built apartment in a new building. It has very modern equipment and is very well furnished, with a maximum capacity of 3 people.
The main bedroom has a double bed with private bathroom, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The living room is also the kitchen and a second bathroom and has a nice balcony for sunbathing if you prefer to stay at home instead of going to the beach. It is a fantastic place to enjoy your stay in San Sebastián, It is located in a safe and lively area, surrounded by shops, supermarkets, coffee shops and all the services you may need. Getting to the old town is just 10 minutes walk through a pedestrian walkway full of shops that has a wonderful atmosphere. It is very close to La Concha beach, where you can enjoy a day sunbathing after a short 5 minute walk.
The apartment is adapted, without architectural barriers.

Very comfortable flat and in convenient location walkable to Old Town and beach.
The flat could do with better fans as it can be rather warm. The current tower fans do not provide sufficient powerful breeze.

La ubicación es extraordinaria. El apartamento está bien acondicionado y es cómodo. Volveremos.
Atención de persona que entrega llaves, Vixen,muy buena.
La caldera no funciona bien y hace un ruido espantoso. No funcionaba la calefacción. El desague de la ducha del dormitorio principal no traga y se inunda. No hay ningún gancho para colgar toallas en los baños.
Encontramos 1 toalla bien doblada y al abrirla estaba muy sucia con restos de.....
