We arrived late in the evening. A welcome tea/coffee, refreshment pack would have been most appreciated.

Appartamento bello, spazioso e arredato bene. Location comoda per visitare la città a piedi, vicino alla stazione dei bus (5 min a piedi)

La carta da parati nelle camere che si scollano dalle pareti. Appartamento buio, molte finestre senza vista. La presenza di un terrazzo su un cavedio.

It was a flat in a perfect location. The keys have to be picked up in a rental office about 300 m from the flat. It works and the staff are both extremely helpful and efficient. The flat itself was as per the pictures and worked very well. It was clean and practical.

The flat does not have aircondition in the bedrooms. The flat has only one air condition unit placed in the Living room. it is not sufficient to cool the living room and certainly not the bedrooms. When we were in San Sebastian, it was not warm but still it was too warm in the flat at night. There is no fresh air from windows. We had to leave doors to the bedrooms open and we still could not cool the flat down.
