Kleines Juwel, uns hat das Apartment sehr gut gefallen. Gemütlich und sauber, ich denke in einem ehemaligen Bauernhof, an einer ruhigen Straße gelegen. Die Ausstattung lies keine Wünsche offen, großzügige Küchenausstattung. Das Bett ist sehr bequem.
Hat uns nicht betroffen, aber für umfangreichere Menschen dürfte das Bad zu eng sein.

Sehr feines, kleines, gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Nicht mitten in der Stadt, aber man ist durch die Anbindung an die wichtigsten Verkehrsadern gut vernetzt. Parkmöglichkeit direkt gegenüber auf dem Parkstreifen, es war jeden Tag ein Platz für mich frei. Der Ölpersee lädt zum Entspannen ein, ich habe ihn täglich nach der Arbeit umrundet.
Vor dem Haus führt eine, am Tage, belebte Straße vorbei. Die vorgeschriebene Geschwindigkeit beträgt 30 km/h. Eine Fußgängerampel ist direkt vor dem Haus. Leider meinen einige Fahrzeugführer, dass das ein Vorschlag ist. Besonders in der Nacht. Aber da kann das schöne Appartement auch nichts zu, man sollte etwas vorsichtig bei der Überquerung sein.

Zu Laut, zu kleines,Bad, könnte sauberer sein, Parkplatz fehlt, die Abwaschlappen des Vorgängers ..nun kann man machen ..aber ist dann leider nicht schön...sonst war alles da was man brauchte. TV etwas antiquiert und ausgefallen..schade ..Preisleistungverhältnis nicht in Ordnung mir 14 Tagen und 812 Euro.
