The apartment is spacious, cozy and light with a well-equipped kitchen and a modern, newly renovated bathroom. The apartment is very close to a small shopping center and bus stops.
The apartment is on the top (4th?) floor of the building, and there is no elevator.

Sehr schicke Dachterrassenwohnung über den Dächern von Braunschweig und sehr zentral gelegen. Viel Platz sowohl für Paare als auch für Familien. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. In der Straße findet man ausreichend Parkplätze. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Nachtrag zu den Bewertungen unserer Nachmieter: Die Renovierungsarbeiten an der Fassade haben uns nicht gestört da man davon in der Wohnung nichts mitbekommt. Und das Wasser war während unseres Aufenthaltes die ganze Zeit verfügbar. Die schlechte Bewertung an Silvester kann ich ebenfalls nicht nachvollziehen, für uns hat alles bestens gepasst. Daher jederzeit gerne wieder.
