Die Lage war perfekt und die Ausstattung war überragend. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war sehr schön und der laute Straßenverkehr war auch nicht in der Wohnung zu hören.

Wat verouderd appartement (wel netjes). Bedden wat kort en niet heel comfortabel.

Przyjemny balkon, jednak przy bardzo głośnej ulicy. Ogólnie było wyposażenie kuchni, zmywarka i pralka.
Trudno było na początku znaleźć wjazd na podwórko. Nie było szaf, więc nie można było wypakować ubrań. Mieszkanie wygląda jak mieszkanie studenckie, standard podstawowy i wykończenie dość prowizoryczne. Kuchnia dość mało funkcjonalna, a w pralce były mokre ręczniki. W mojej 14 dniowej podróży po Niemczech, Holandii, Belgii było to najdroższe mieszkanie i jednocześnie najgorsze.

Lärm (extrem dünne Wände), mäßige Sauberkeit, Extrakosten fürs Parken, 4. Etage ohne Aufzug. Für Familien eher ungeeignet.
