Podere San Pasquale

An oasis. A perfect spot. We were joined at the last minute by our daughter and her boyfriend for the first three nights of our week long stay. No bother to accommodate them too. Apartment was beautiful and serene. Pool was spectacular. Hosts lovely and accommodating. Road from the main road is a little scary the first drive but you get used to it and it’s worth it to be off the beaten track, which we love.

A parasol on our terrace would have been useful as we felt a little exposed in the sun.

Prachtige plek in Val d’Orcia! Ruim appartement. Fijne buitenplek. Als je vroeg opstaat, prachtige zonsopkomsten na een stukje lopen! Zeker doen! Warm welkom.

De weg naar de accommodatie is zeer slecht. Jammer dat zo’n mooie plek en mooie items in het appartement zijn aangevuld met items van IKEA (douchegordijn, tafeltje, keukenwaren e.d.) Dat doet de prijskwaliteit verhouding echt te niet. Aanbeveling: voldoende bedjes bij zwembad en hier en daar wat veroudering zichtbaar

Posizione magica, incantevole. Appartata. Regnano pace e bellezza. Se si cerca un luogo in cui rapportarsi con la natura e i suoi silenzi interrotti dalla natura stessa, attraverso il cinguettio degli uccellini, il finire dei grilli e la voce del vento, senza rinunciare a comfort e design, questo è il posto giusto. Pulizia eccellente. Letto confortevole. Host gentilissimi e disponibili. Presenti.

Beautiful property with unbelievable views. We enjoyed three nights in this quiet and comfy apartment. You definitely need a car to stay here and make sure to follow the directions they send, don’t follow Google Maps! Outstanding communication from our hosts with quick responses and helpful dinner recommendations. We loved having this as our base to explore the area and come back and share wine while looking at the views. Pool was nice too! Really appreciate being able to use the laundry.
