Sehr schöne Wohnung inTOP-Lage mitten im Zentrum von Binz. Grosse Terrasse abgewandt von der Straße nach Süden. Tiefgarage im Haus mit Fahrstuhl. Einfach alles (sogar das Wetter im Oktober 😎). Jederzeit gerne wieder.
Da gab es nichts, was uns an der Wohnung (und Binz) nicht gefallen hätte.

Modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, super Lage. Strand, Supermarkt, Fußgängerzone - alles innerhalb 1 Minute erreichbar. Die Tiefgarage kann einem leider etwas die Nerven rauben und die Fenster sind hellhörig, sodass man früh von Tauben geweckt wird.
Aufzug für Tiefgarage ist nicht leicht zu bedienen. Abbildungen zeigen nicht die richtige Fernbedienung. Mit etwas Geduld und Fummeln geht es aber.
Fenster hellhörig - vor allem die Tauben nerven dann.
