Clean well stocked newer apartment close to the beach, tram line and grocery stores.

Construction across street from property but the hours of work were mostly weekdays, started later in morning and finished early so not really an issue.

Good host and apartment is good for family Grocery shop round the corner Beech walking distance Tram station walking

Construction in the front of the house was annoying but can't do much about it

De algehele staat van het appartement

Op 40 meter afstand is men een nieuw appartementen complex aan het bouwen 1e dag aanleveren van bouw materiaal 2e dag aan leveren van betonstaal 3e dag het hijsen van deze mast Kortom wel hinder van onder vonden ivm het lawaai

Es war alles in der Wohnung vorhanden. Sogar Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Parken in Tiefgarage möglich, war aber nicht erforderlich für unseren Leihwagen. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Wärmeregulierung, WLan, Bettzeug, Handtücher,... nicht zu beanstanden. Nette Begrüßung durch Besitzerin. Kommunikation mit Ihr hervorragend. Die Nähe zur Tramhaltestelle bietet alle möglichkeiten für kleines Geld die Gegend zu erkunden. Passte alles.

Apartment in dritter Straßenreihe zum Strand, Sehr ruhig. Aber trotz bequemer Veranda wenig Panorama.
