Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Lage zum Strand super!

Leider gab es Zuviele Regeln am Pool! Kein Ballspiele , nichts essen am Pool, nicht rauchen, keine Spielsachen im Pool für die Kinder erlaubt! Die Bewohner haben uns gefühlt ständig beobachtet, ob wir uns daran halten, wenn es nicht der Fall war, wurden wir direkt ermahnt! Kinder durften den Fahrstuhl nicht alleine benutzen ( 10&9 &7 jährige ) Leider gab es auch kein Wasserkocher und ordentliche Pfanne für Pfannkuchen 🙈 In den Schlafräumen, gibt es Deckenvintilatoren, die reichen aber nicht ganz aus für eine kühle Nacht..

The apartment was large. Two decent sized bedrooms on main floor and two decent bathooms. Good sized and well equipped kitchen. Good sized dining table for at least 6 people. Large sofa and arm chair to enjoy the view of the beach. Upstairs was a very good sized second living area with tv, sofa and bunk bed. Off that was a double bedroom with a sort of walk-in closet. On that level is a large bathroom with 2 sinks, toilet, bidet and a large bath / jacuzzi with shower over it. Off that area is a good sized balcony with dining table and BBQ with views over the beach. Pool is a good size and very clean. The apartment complex is very secure. You need to open gates to get into the complex, unlock a door leading into your section of the complex, up in a lift (4 floors) and then into the apartment. We had no issues leaving our 13 and 15 year olds on their own for an hour or two and were happy for them to come and go as they pleased as the whole area is or at least appeared to be safe. The beach was about 100 yards away and was very clean. There is a tram stop immediately outside so getting into Alicante is very easy and takes about 15 to 20 minutes. Trams run up until late which is good. Next door is a good ice-cream and snacks "restaurant". A min mart and restaurants are all within a minute or two's walk. A larger supermarket is a 5 minute walk as are many more restaurants. If you like Churros, there is a churros van open everyday from 7 to 12 just around the corner. Very good churros !! Plenty of places for coffee and pastries. Mona cafe is cheap and good. 2 coffees, toast with tomotoes and a pastry was €6.20 Take some time to research where to eat and drink and you'll find plenty of places. Overall, the area was clean and quiet of traffic. It felt safe. Our children are at the age whereby playing in the sand, sea and swimming pools is not what they want to do and for them, the holiday was boring unless we were shopping.

Unfortunately for us, the previous guests had broken the upstairs toilet door so it wouldn't close. One of the sinks was blocked and was very slow to empty. Jacuzzi caused flooding in the bathroom. When you let the water out, it surged up and out of an outlet in the floor between toilet and bidet. View from balcony is only possible if standing up. If you sit down, the wall completely blocks the view. This is the same from bedroom. The possibility of a great view is blocked by the wall. Swap wall for glass and it would be super. The balcony is completely taken up by the table and chairs. It would be better to have a smaller, foldable table and leave room for sun loungers for sunbathing. View from downstairs living area is decent though. Could be better with different windows but that's being picky. There are only two air-conditioners: a large, centrally located ceiling air-con for downstairs and a wall mounted one upstairs. Bedrooms have ceiling fans which basically rotate the hot air. If you want some of the cool air, you have to leave bedroom doors open and hope the living room cool air makes it to the bedrooms. Our children complained the rooms were too hot at night. Upstairs is not as bad. The bedroom gets cool from airconditioning. For two days we had cooler weather and a storm. It was a little windy but the noise in apartment downstairs living area was a howling gale due to a poorly fitting window. The upstairs bedroom was a terrible racket as the wind blasted the awnings and rattled the windows and shutters. If it isn't windy or stormy, it's fine but if it gets windy, it is noisy. It didn't spoil the holiday but worth noting. The pool is too warm. Again, small point but worth noting. If you are hot and want to cool down, the water is too warm. It would be fantastic if the weather was cooler but on really hot days it was too warm and not refreshing. We rarely used the pool because of that.
