Apartamento Vista Azul

Fantastic view: the breakfast with the sunrise! Great location: lots of sport activities on the beach in hand, smooth trams to the city centre with a stop literally 3mins from the apartment door, nice cafes & restaurants around and in walking distance, supermarket is not that far as well. Host support was top-notch. Online check-in/deposit/getting into the apartment processes looked like an over-complicated quest at first, but the host was there on the line in reasonable time and made everything smooth and easy. Great communication. Wonderful firm beds. Warm duvets. Good development. Extra plus for yoga classes downstairs.

No serious issues with this property. Even though the apartment is a bit tired, everything functions well, nothing falls apart. Some chips here and there are to be expected. There is some dust, but it is attributed to the beach being so close: unless you wipe it every day, it is there. Kitchen towels would be nice to have though.

The flat has the most spectacular views in almost all the rooms but especially from the living room / kitchen. The backsplash is a mirror, so you can even see the ocean while washing the dishes! The 2nd toilet was an extra plus as well. The biggest bonus: it is super close to the beach as well as to the tram station - and a really great restaurant that we can only recommend: It's called BORG and is just 3 walking mins. away. Try it! Also, we were very happy that they gave us a late check-out! Thx again for that!

It's not the fault of anyone that we just so happened to check in on April 28, when Spain experienced a massive power outage. But since all the doors (there are three in total) were supposed to open automatically (with a code / electricity), we couldn't get in for a very long time. We also would have liked the flat to be cleaner and the shower head to have been fixed by now. (Before booking, i saw an older review about it but thought, for sure this problem won't exist anymore). Anyway, not a big problem!

Location is ideal and check in and check out we’re very smooth.

Check out was a little early… individual beds could be a bit better.

Facilities and front beach location, even tough is quite far from the main restaurants and pubs street in san juan (30 min walk). Moreover, there is no swimming pool.

Great place but too early and strict check out at 10:00. Moreover, the apartment was not ready by check-in at 13:00. There was no soap or gel in the toilets, not even hand soap. And they forced us to pay the full amount in advance and outside booking platform. Could be much better service for the price.
