Location Perfect for visiting Historic Siena.

Location- on a steep hill but right in the historic centre. Unit was Spacious and at ground level. Taxi is 20 E from station and can get you close enough to the unit. Main bed was comfortable and nice bedding. Plenty of towels and shower was lower pressure but plenty of of hot water.

There is only one window above front door with no screen so could leave it open very long. More ventilation is needed.

I really loved my stay

The property was much bigger than I had anticipated. It was lovely! Everything was within easy reach: restaurants, tourist attractions, shopping. The city is also a very safe and vibrant even at night

Location is good. Unique apartment. It was clean.

The hot water didn’t work so we couldn’t shower in the morning. The toilet broke. The room smells when the toilet is used. Like a cave, no window for ventilation. Heat didn’t work. The beds are old and the boards fell out when we sat on one. He fixed the shower and toilet but no compensation for not being able to use it. Host was hostile when asked for discount. If you sleep in the loft the road noise is loud.

Spacious apartment close to il Campo and the Duomo.

A large apartment with good cooking facilities. Plenty of space to spread out, or sleeps 4 to 6 if you don’t mind being close! Easy and quick access to il Campo and the Duomo complex, and about 10 minutes from the bus station at Gramsci piazza. If you arrive by train a tax will cost around €12 to get to Piazza Independenza, then just a couple,of minutes to walk. The actual street is so steep only a motorcycle can use it, so this is a good option. good little chinese restaurant at the top of the road, which we used to find our street easily and ate there too. We did a couple of wine tours through my tours.it which were really good, Val d’Orcia all day and Chianti and Castles half day. We used this to see the countryside and visit some little towns that would have been hard to get to by bus. did the Duomo complex with the OPA SI pass, and went at 10 so just got in before the crowds of tour groups. don’t forget the library at the cathedral, and the panoramic view at the museum - both highlights!

The street is very steep to access the door. if it was wet would be dangerous. would be fine for almost everyone but if you are older and have unsteady feet it wouldn’t be a good choice. We’re in our 60s and it was fine, except for the short drag of our suitcases! The apartment itself is great.

Ideal location with all the amenities you would need for the perfect Siena vacation!

It was the perfect oasis from the Tuscan heat. Very spacious, cool and beautifully decorated. Location was perfect— a minutes walk away from all the action of Siena but very quiet.

Perfeita para uma estadia curta

A localização não podia ser melhor. A uma curtíssima caminhada da Piazza del Campo e da Duomo, mas simultaneamente numa zona sossegada. O apartamento é muito espaçoso: éramos só dois, mas havia quatro camas. Cozinha bem equipada, aquecimento. Cama muito confortável para o nosso gosto.

A casa de banho, comparativamente com o resto, é talvez um pouco pequena. Falta uma prateleira na zona do duche para os produtos de higiene.

La casa era centralissima e con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, lo staff disponibile e attento a tutte le esigenze.

Anche se il parcheggio a pagamento è più vicino, si trova in fondo ad una ripida salita e soprattutto è 24h, consiglio di utizzare le informazioni date dallo staff e scegliere i parcheggi liberi, facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.

Es un apartamento con muy buen espacio. La relación calidad precio es buena.

No me gustó el olor a humedad, si bien creo que es un patrón en todas las edificaciones no es muy cómodo. Podrían quizás dar la opción de lavandería.

La posizione è ottima e la. Omonima,ione con il gestore semplice.

Appartamento al piano terra praticamente senza finestre molto umido (all'ingresso si sente anche odore di "cantina"). Letto comodo ma fastidiosamente umido. La pulizia finale si paga, ma è alquanto scadente soprattutto in wc e doccia.

Una vez en el apartamento, estancia maravillosa

Ubicación en el centro. Apartamento muy cómodo y bonito.

Íbamos con maletas pesadas y un carrito con un bebé y no se podía pasar en coche ni para descargar ya que la multa es de 100€. Desde el límite para los coches hasta el apartamento son 10 minutos de subida (en nuestro caso, bajo la lluvia). Preguntamos a la propietaria y nos dijo que el aparcamiento más cercano es el que está justo al lado del límite (25€/noche) pero no se nos avisó de que había escaleras mecánicas para subir, y lo hubiésemos agradecido mucho! Para aparcar gratis, hay que dejar el coche a unos 20 minutos a pie del apartamento.

Quizá el acceso al apartamento del primer día con las maletas desde la zona del Parking Santa Caterina ya que hay una buena subida. Por lo demás todo perfecto
