staff was rude when we went to buy our lift tickets & getting rental gear. organized poorly and no good signage to find places of interest. it was cold in the room and uncomfortable.

Skiing in Sestriere is great if you choose another hotel
Location
1. The hotel don't clean the apartments. why? because from their point of view we ordered a "Time Share" room and not a hotel room?! (we ordered a hotel room from booking.com) 2. The beds are not comfortable as hotel beds should be 3. Forget about changing bes sheet and towels. why? same answer "Time Share apartment... 4. they charge for a pool towel 3 euro for one hour!!! and you need to buy a pool hat and pool shoes 5. You can't use the hat' shoose and the towels from the pool in the sauna. they sell you again exectly the same products We are so sorry we chose this hotel

Prijetno bivanje blizu smučarskih prog.
Apartma je bil čist in solidno opremljen, prijazno topel. Imeli smo kuhinjo opremljeno z vsemi osnovnimi posodami in čistili. V kopalnici so bili poleg brisač na voljo milo in šamponi. Tudi vozilo je bilo varno shranjeno v garaži pod stavbo na suhem in toplem.
Blazine so bile katastrofa in spati na neudobni postelji po celodnevni športni aktivnosti je žal prinesel slabo oceno temu apartmaju. Morda tudi to, da nismo dobili shrambe za smuči in smo jih hranili na balkonu, vendar me to ni najbolj motilo.
