Anyway good value for Price, location very good! Clean rooms. Garrage for free for gustomers!
Staff's english is not very good. Cleaning not included, but no any applies available for example for doing dishes? Needed to buy cleaning stuff from market if wanted to use kitchen at all.. You need to buy swimming hat if wanna use pool with 1m water, no sauna. If used spa for extra pay you get jaguzzi without water and cold shower. In Rooms no ANY place to put your sweaty/snowy skiing clothes hanging/drying. We used cleaning closet cause no other options..

The location is great, just crossing the road for the slopes.
The room was never cleaned during our stay. The heating cannot be turned off making the room too hot and dry, I woke up every day with dry eyes and nose. The sound isolation is nonexistent, you can hear every noise from the corridors and other rooms. The majority of the guests are big tours groups that tend to be very loud until late hours. There were even kids playing football on the corridor in front of my door one day. The hotel also advertised that accepts pets but this is not true. I had documented in my booking that I would be bringing a dog but when arrived in the hotel discovered that they only accept dogs during the summer.
