Sofa bed in leaving room very not comfortable. Plus some small things didn’t work - water in shower not warm enough and low stream pressure, some issues with Wifi.

Great location, lovely apartment and good service

Perfect location, close walking distance to the town centre and the ski slopes / ski school. Each room was decorated with taste and was well proportioned in size. It was really a plus that each room was independent (especially important if the property is used by 4 people), with a little entrance giving separate access to the bedroom, the bathroom and the kitchen/living area. Also very well equipped with everything to cook, clean and in general to live the apartment (including Wi-Fi). The lady consierge was extremely helpful to make us feel comfortable and give us information and directions.

Perfect apartment

Very good apartment in a fantastic location. It's very nicely furnished, much better than a standard holiday let. Without doubt one of the best locations in Sestriere, and probably one of the nicest apartments. The sitting room and balcony looks directly over the slopes, and it is just a couple of hundred metres to access the ski area. There is free parking directly outside. Thomas, the owner, was more than helpful in every way, and the delightful Margarita who looks after the building is one of the most charming and helpful people one could hope to meet. It's well equiped, but not huge, although a good size for a ski apartment, so ideal for a couple or a small family, although more could fit in if needed.
