Overall, the hotel had good food but any additional customer service was poor and the room was basic.

The hotel is well located, just an across the road from two ski lifts. The food was excellent and the staff within the restaurant were lovely.

Upon arrival, the staff were surprised the room was due to be ready (the host had approved our check in time). They then hurried around to confirm if this was the case. When they gave us our keys and we made our way to the room, it was still being cleaned. The room was clean however, the sofa bed had not been put away although we didn’t need it. The kitchenette was also lacking. There was a mismatch of cutlery, some saucepans and lids that did not match and some random plates. There were no bowls and no kettle. The hob was also difficult to use and took ages to cook on. We were also not given the key to the ski locker upon check in and had to go back and ask for it. We were the not shown where this was so spend a while trying to find it. It was actually further away from the exit than our room. When making the booking, we were also led to believe the stay included use of the spa but on arrival, we were shocked to discover this was at an additional charge of €25 each, each time! We were shown the spa and it only included a steam room and very small sauna that had a queue to enter. The reception staff were generally unhelpful. We enquired about a few things: snow mobile experience, how to fit snow chains, where the closest shop was, local bus routes. The reception staff were generally dismissive, would hand us a leaflet and advise us to sort it out ourselves. We asked if they could assist with phoning local companies and they said no.

It was clean. Easy access to the ski lift. Good parking in a garage. Staff was helpful.

Really uncomfortable beds, and the pillows was a joke. It was very hot during the night. A bit far from the city centre with kids, as you have to walk uphill all the way. Little equipped kitchen. No soap in the kitchen or things to clean up with. No dishwasher.

Pleasant

It wasn't clear at all before booking (from the booking.com website) or at check-in that the room we were staying in was owned by a third party and NOT the hotel. On the last night of our stay, a random man turned up at reception asking for cash from us! View from the room was a wall, not the mountains and the corridor noise is very loud in the room but given the cheap price and can forgive the last two points. The payment and room ownership felt a bit odd though

Ottimo appartamento e struttura

Appartamento molto pulito e comodo, non manca niente. La struttura è be organizzata e il personale gentile. Ottimo che ci sia piscina e palestra.

La struttura è molto vicina alle piste tuttavia per raggiungerle usciti dallo ski box bisogna fare una lunga rampa di scale ed un bel tratto di strada. Niente di impossibile ma di certo poco pratico soprattutto se si hanno dei bambini. Il centro è vicino ma non vicinissimo quindi se per esempio si compra una cassa d’acqua occorre fare un po di strada o prendere la macchina

Sehr schlechtes Internet und dass man für das Hallenbad sich hätte anmelden müssen. Da mehrere Skinationen von Specials Olympics im Haus waren konnten wir NICHT im Hotel essen weder Frühstück noch Nachtessen! Darüber wurden wir vorgängig NICHT informiert!!! Da wir anschliessend gezwungen waren zu kochen, hatten wir viel zuwenig Geschirr im Apartement☹️.

Appartement assez spacieux. Parking souterrain pratique.

Établissement très mal insonorisé. Beaucoup de bruit, beaucoup de groupes d’adolescents très bruyants sans aucun adulte pour les surveiller. Si on espère une nuit reposante après sa journée de ski c’est raté !
