Quaint Hotel and friendly staff

The staff was exceptionally friendly and my requests via the app were answered quickly and to the full extent. I liked my room. It was quite small but cozy. The whole building is very clean and my room was no exception. The twin bed was OK but is not suitable for tall or big people.

The only downside was that my room was quite stuffy because it was at the very top of the building. The whole upper floor was considerably warmer. I was glad it was raining that day. I wouldn't want to experience it in the middle of summer.

I didn't like that the heaters didn't work and that the number of parking spaces was limited. Except that, everything was good and the receptionist was very friendly and offered me to park where he usually parks.

Good place for a view night to visit some places.

Very smooth place. Good for your rest. Only little bit loud by night when other custumers coming home. Maybe better isolated front doors in the rooms. Little but smooth and big enough.

Like i said the people who came home at night with a lot of noice. There are more client's so the need to tink about them.

Aan een invalsweg naar Frankenthal, niet ver van de autobahn. Genoeg gratis parkeerplaatsen. Schoon en goedkoop

Spartaans en tamelijk klein. Het tweepersoonsbed kan maar aan één kant betreden worden. Geen ontbijtgelegenheid, maar het tankstation ernaast heeft ook heerlijke koffie en verse broodjes.

Korte tussenstop op weg naar Italië

We waren op doorreis en lag gunstig. Host is vriendelijk. Handig dat er een grote supermarkt in de buurt ligt

De accommodatie is aan een verbouwing toe. Kamers zijn klein en sfeerloos. Hotel ligt op druk kruispunt en er is werkelijk niets te beleven.

Die Lage war perfekt ich würde nochmal kommen. Frühstück hatte es leider keines gegeben aber Kaufland ist gleich um die Ecke. Personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent.

Es war alles ok. Cool wäre es gewesen wenn ein Getränke/Snackautomat im Hotel stehen würde.

Das EZ war so, wie man es sich von einem griechischen Urlaubshotel erwartet, spärlich eingerichtet, sauber; der kostenfreie Parkplatz auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite war klein aber ok

Beschreibung der Zimmer in Booking.com ist schlicht falsch: - WLAN ist kostenpflichtig und nicht kostenfrei - Blick in Innenhof bzw. Garten ist dann doch eher der Blick auf die viel befahrene Ein-/Ausfallstrasse nach/ aus Frankenthal, also ruhig ist definitiv anders - Check-In-Zeiten wurden als Info einen Tag vor Anreise von bis 22 Uhr auf bis 20 Uhr verkürzt; beim Telefonkontakt während der Rezeptionszeiten wurde dann eine falsche PIN für die Öffnung der Tür und des Zimmers übermittelt (5-stellig, statt 4-stellig & komplett unterschiedlich); telefonisch war bei Anreise gegen 20:30 niemand erreichbar, werder auf Festnetz noch auf Mobil; im Restaurant war dann zunächst auch niemand zuständig, später hat dann eine Restaurantmitarbeiterin laut - und vom Tonfall her in griechischer Sprache auch böse - mit jemandem Telefoniert, der ihr das ok gegeben hat, Haus- und Zimmertüre mit einem Dongel zu öffnen (komisch, oder), das aber mit dem Hinweis, das man nicht mehr ins Haus/ Zimmer hineinkäme, wenn man selblges jetzt nochmal verlassen würde (richtiger PIN immer noch Fehlanzeige ... der kam dann später per SMS)

Schlecht geschlafen auf der durchgelegenen Matratze .Sonst alles gut

Alles sauber und ordentlich. Problemlos mit Code eingecheckt ohne Personal gesehen zu haben.Völlig ausreichend, nur die Matratze total durchgelegen. Bin kein Hängemattenschläfer🤷🏻‍♀️.

Neue Matratze muss her, dann ist alles gut.

Enttäuschung am 2. Tag

Am ersten Tag fanden wir es insgesamt ganz ok, bemerkten allerdings abends, daß für die 2. Person die Handtücher und die Bettdecke fehlten. Nach einem kurzen Anruf wurde es gebracht mit einer Entschuldigung. Die zweite Nacht war der Horror, andere Hotelgäste auf derselben Etage machten solchen Lärm, von 1 - 5 Uhr nachts, daß an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Wir empfehlen das Hotel deshalb nicht weiter!

Klein aber fein und für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend. Kaffeestation ist prima und der kleine Kühlschrank nützlich.

Ziemlich eng. Die Zimmertür geht wegen dem Bett nur zur Hälfte auf.
