Mom and a 4 year old

It wasn't that far from the motorway. The room had a fridge which was really handy. It had air conditioning as well.

I don't think we got the room we booked via booking.com. It was a loft room and coming back from the window I did bump my head in the ceiling. The receptionist lady in the evening was a little bit abrupt, definitely not over friendly. Perhaps she didn't like it that I don't speak German. (apologies for that) The parking for the hotel was limited and full. When asked the receptionist lady said I can pay 10 Euro for a garage overnight. The people passing by were friendly and helpful when asked about the parking on the street.

Great value location and people.

The staff were wonderful, especially Michael and Sara. The breakfast was great for a hotel buffet. The parking and location are convenient. The rooms are very nice. We'll be back.

The rooms are hard to cool down in the summer because there is no air conditioning and our refrigerator control was broken.

Was a pizzeria /restaurant attached to the hotel where we had a meal which was awful, might be a bit unfair on the hotel as they might not own it but it's part of the building

Great and would re-do this hotel if i get a chance

The family room was quite a big one with a Kitchennette as well which we were not expecting as it helped with the morning tea and evening tea etc. The food was quite good on the breakfast menu and the staff at the restaurant were quite helpful!

The parking garage was a bit confusing at first and also some areas are not very well lit/clean (not expecting it to be sparkling shiny though) and also happy that there is parking available in the first place! The receptionist did not know much english and could not help much when i asked a few questions.

Super location. Clean and comfortable. Everyone was friendly and helpful to us non german speakers. Most of them have trouble with English but they made it work.

convenient stay near the autobahn junction.

the location was great for us. we needed a place that would allow us to get back on to the autobahn quickly the following day.

the choice at breakfast was very limited and (the eggs especially) looked like they had been out for a long time.
