The location was very convenient. It's the perfect location for otakus such as myself. The room is slightly spacious and the staff were very helpful.

Convenient especially on the short notice as it was an emergency stay for having missed the train to Kyoto
Aircon was a little hard to control temperature wise, but mostly ok.

Location is perfect
The size of the room, pictures online are fake, they represent the room much brighter than what actually is. Very also that they mention breakfast however is not at the hotel but 5 min walking away from the hotel, unacceptable.
