    The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. They spoke English and explained the process. Everything is cleaned and maintained however I did not like the fact that there is only one elevator. It took some time to go to the sleeping quarters and the bath. But its great to stay if you're in Akihabara

    The cabin hostel is quite convenient with the lockers, and washrooms near by the capsules and a small sento on the 10th floor. The only flaws are: the dust, the hotel is clean in overall but I felt surrounded by dust, on the handles, in the baskets of the lavatory area and inside the cabin too. Then the pillows are so hard, that was not comfortable.

    The property offers excellent convenience for shopping and a very clean environment with spacious enough capsule rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. While the facilities were somewhat limited, the value for money and prime location make it a solid choice for visitors looking to stay centrally.

    1. Showers are open stalls and in front of mirrors. Not only does that maximize showing your naked body to the room while you shower, you also watch yourself shower. 2. There is nowhere to change, you literally have to do it in the open, regardless of where in the hotel you are (locker area, floor bathroom, or shower/vanity area) 3. We traveled as a group, 2 females 2 females. We, the two women of the group, paid more for our capsules than the other two. Other than some extra soaps or lotions available in the vanity area, we didn't get any extra amenity or anything significantly different than our male companions. If I'm paying more money to be safe from men, that's ridiculous. If, in the case of safety, men are the primary perpetrators, then they should be paying more. Not the women. It's not my fault I'm not safe. 4. Since there are specific floors for women that men can't access, if i was in the elevator and going to a floor for women and a man entered the elevator, it automatically undid my floor request like I was never there. If they're policing floors to that degree, have 2 elevators. 5. We traveled as a mixed gendered group and we knew the floors would be separate but wanted the capsule experience. There was nowhere other than the main lobby for mixed meeting. Once arriving in the hotel, we literally couldn't see our friends without leaving the hotel. 6. Laundry is 700 yen per load, which is far more than I've seen elsewhere. I don't know about anyone else, but if only 100 yen coins are accepted then it should be easier than going to the main floor for change. Especially given the difficulty in using the elevator to begin with
