Had to report waater leak tape in kitchen flow poor but reported to the own was corrected great service

Place was gorgeous, rooms for everyone and all nicely done

Toilets upstairs are a bit temperamental, no lights outside Hot tub nets only worked the one side

great location easy to find hosts responded quickly to any questions we had. very clean and cosy.

although we understood the booking was mid February and garden maintained is more difficult but the hedge at the front needs trimming back as it was becoming difficult, particularly in the evening, walking down the path. one guest is partially sighted and needed extra guidance with this

The house itself was fine. Enough room for a couple of families to share, and descent size bedrooms and bathrooms.

From the start there was no information pack left to explain the parking situation, which caused a lot of problems. We were told you could park outside the house which we did, but were woken at 7.00 in the morning by very angry and aggressive bin men. At the time of us parking there was no car on the other side of the road causing the obstruction. The neighbours also confronted us over parking as there was nowhere else to park. Not ideal as this is a housing estate. If you have children be prepared to have a complaint sent to you, as the neighbours seem to have very sensitive ears, and expect the children not to play in the garden. The garden is not kept safe as the borders had foot and a half high stinging nettles, which stung the children countless times as they had to jump over them to get to the patio. We are very disappointed as we are not a family to upset anyone, and will keep the children in check, but we were made out to be letting the children scream and shout in the garden and play load music which is untrue.
