Super friendly staff, all super clean and well maintained. Good sized rooms. Location in the village-center so walking distance to the shops and restaurant. Commute by train is also super easy as the bus from the train station stops in front of the b&b

I loved the balcony with the mountain view and the flowers, it was beautiful! I loved the comfortability of the place.

Price was reasonable given that it was a last minute booking due to change of plans.
Unfortunately, the experience was more than disappointing. The owner was quite unwelcoming, and based on how they treated locals, it seemed clear that guests from outside the region or country are not treated with the same level of respect. Upon check-in, the lady at reception was unhelpful. As a solo female traveler with a large suitcase, I was assigned a room on the top floor. When I asked for assistance or even the possibility of a lower-floor room, she responded coldly and made no effort to help. At another property in St. Cristina—also without a lift—the owner at least offered to help carry the luggage upstairs.
Considering the high rating of this place, I expected a much more welcoming and comfortable experience, especially towards international guests.
