The location is fantastic, few mins away from Ortisei and good number of restaurants within walking distance for dinner. The hosts are so lovely and have a great selection for breakfast.

The pillows are a bit uncomfortable, but other than that everything was great!

Had a very pleasant stay at BB Marina. The property is clean, well-maintained, and very well managed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is convenient, with a souvenir shop and a grocery/food store located just in front of the property, making it easy to pick up essentials. Public transportation is also easily accessible, and you can conveniently take a bus to Ortisei or other nearby towns. Overall, a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the beautiful Dolomites. Highly recommended

Price was reasonable given that it was a last minute booking due to change of plans.

Unfortunately, the experience was more than disappointing. The owner was quite unwelcoming, and based on how they treated locals, it seemed clear that guests from outside the region or country are not treated with the same level of respect. Upon check-in, the lady at reception was unhelpful. As a solo female traveler with a large suitcase, I was assigned a room on the top floor. When I asked for assistance or even the possibility of a lower-floor room, she responded coldly and made no effort to help. At another property in St. Cristina—also without a lift—the owner at least offered to help carry the luggage upstairs. Considering the high rating of this place, I expected a much more welcoming and comfortable experience, especially towards international guests.
