Exception quality and comfort.

The service from the staff was truely exception. From the moment we arrived right to the moment we left, they made us feel so welcome. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner there the 3 days of our stay and everything was amazing! Such great quality, and again the service from wait staff was flawless. We can’t recommend this place enough! Perfect location, clean facilities and beautiful views too.

A warm, welcoming hotel in a great location!

We had never been in the Dolomites before, but we got so many good advice of hikes that are not crowded and give the best views. The brothers (owners) are so nice and helpful. Wonderful view of the Dolomites that makes them feel so massive and near. Great place to explore the mountains by foot or by lift (Col Raiser lift is just a 5 minute walk). Cozy atmosphere at the hotel and nice to sit in the evenings to plan next days adventures.

Everything was brilliant, the staff were fantastic and friendly and the hotel itself was even more than we’d anticipated. So much so that we’ve already looked at booking again for a future trip. The dinner was also fantastic and incredible value.

Perfect ski break in a fabulous family run hotel.we loved it

Great location, really comfortable, great facilities including a boot room with individual lockers that worked really well. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Great range of grown up non-alcoholic drinks and healthy teas. Food was lovely; allergies and plant-based diet very well catered for. Slept like a log in the very comfy bed.

The staff was absolutely amazing. They were so welcoming, nice and went out of their way to help me. The food was delicious and the location was perfect. I will definitely be coming back when I am next in the Dolomites.

Very friendly staff, great room, and amazing food. Getting dinner included is definitely worth it. Even got a free bus ticket for the whole area and the entirety of my stay.

Spotlessly clean, extremely friendly hosts and staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. good location, bus stop outside and could ski down to hotel. Good variation of food for different nationalities, catered for everyone and staff were happy to adjust the menu on request.

It was outstanding!

Exceptional friendly staff! Very good breakfast and delicious food. The location is on short distance to a lot of incredible beautifil hiking areas. Parking place directly at the hotel. A small garden for the kids or to hang out a bit in the summer. My wife was very satisfied with the wellness area and the excellent massage she received. Wifi was good, data rate was also good. I am writing this a month after our stay. And still the feeling of joy comes when thinking back to our holiday in Kristiania.

Nothing about the Hotel I did not like, but the first day some blunt guest (young couple behaving like spoiled kids) where in the dining room. The staff handled it excellent and they were gone the day after. Thank you for that!

Great family owned hotel with very friendly owners

We stayed for two nights. We had great half board and it is a perfect starting point to go hiking. We especially liked the charm of the friendly atmosphere. You won’t get the fanciest, newest hotel, but a cozy place with decent drinks, food and owners with an eye for details (e.g. one of the owner cared even for the flowers himself, the other made the drinks)

Staff were really friendly and helpfull. Location of the Hotel was very good. Dinner menu was also fantastic. They don't have too many options in the menu but they cook and serve the best. You definitely should not miss their Coffee specially Cuppocino. I liked taste of their Coffee.

Quality + Design of the bathroom have some gaps for improvement.

Great family hotel slightly off the beaten track with a wonderful ski resort on its doorstep.could ski back close to hotel. Owners very accommodating.

Train connection back closed too early at 16.45pm.

Un'ottima struttura turistica con un servizio professionale.

Colazioni e cene in linea con gli standard di qualita' con ampia varieta' di cibi preparati da un ottimo chef. Servizio di sala efficiente e professionale. Stanza con balcone, confortevole e pulita. Bagno cieco, funzionale e con ampio spazio doccia. La spa operativa nel pomeriggio, non grande ma pulita, con dotazione individuale di asciugamano e accappatoio. La struttura, pur non vicinissima al centro paese, offre per chi viaggia in treno un comodo servizio navetta di arrivo/partenza dall'hotel alla fermata del bus del paese.

Nella stanza matrimoniale, pur dotata di ampi armadi, mancava purtroppo uno dei due comodini al lato del letto. Illuminazione della stanza e del bagno appena sufficiente.
